The hotel was beautiful and homely, with a large bay window, two seats, TV, king-size bed, and a sizeable modern ensuite. The 'small double' room was compact but had all we needed and was lovely with all necessary amenities. The service was on hand, responding quickly to questions, welcoming, and very helpful. The location was really good, fabulous for exploring Bath, less than a 10-minute walk to the center. The dining experience was delicious with a great selection available. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing all we needed for a comfortable stay.

The 'small double' room was compact but had everything we needed, with a super comfy bed, soft towels, and a fan for the heatwave. The fridge in the room offered a large choice of tea, coffee, and chocolate for a cozy stay. The continental breakfast was a lovely touch, and the very attentive host made the experience special. While the room was a little small, it was very comfortable and a nice retreat after exploring the area's poetic surroundings.
